Anavrin Stays is a curated platform offering **villa rentals, homestays, and unique hospitality experiences**. We act as a booking facilitator and, in certain cases, as a property management service for listed villas.

• Bookings can be made through our website or via our authorized representatives.
• Full or partial payment (as mentioned at checkout) must be made to **confirm your booking**.
• Prices are subject to change based on seasonality, availability, and promotions.
• Taxes, service charges, and cleaning fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.

• Cancellations made **14 days or more before check-in** are eligible for a partial refund (subject to property policy).
• Cancellations **within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable**.
• **No-shows** will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within **7–10 business days**.

• Guests must maintain the property in good condition and follow all **house rules** shared before or during check-in.
• Any **damage caused by negligence or misconduct** will be charged to the guest.
• Illegal activities, loud parties, or nuisance to neighbors are **strictly prohibited**.

• **Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM**
• **Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM**
• Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon prior request and availability.

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, minor variations in décor, layout, or amenities may occur due to regular **maintenance or upgrades**.

Anavrin Stays shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or damage during your stay.
• Acts of nature, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
• Any third-party service failures (transport, catering, etc.).

Guests are advised to maintain travel insurance for their own safety.
