💸 **Refund & Cancellation Policy**

At Anavrin Stays, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both guests and hosts while maintaining the integrity of our operations and property partners.

1. 🏡 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after the full or partial payment (as stated at checkout) has been received.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email or WhatsApp message with property details, check-in instructions, and payment summary.

2. 🗓 Cancellation by Guest

  • **More than 14 days before check-in:** 80% of the total booking amount will be refunded (after deducting 20% processing & administrative fees).
  • **7–14 days before check-in:** 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • **Less than 7 days before check-in:** No refund will be provided, as the villa is held exclusively for your dates.
  • **No-show or early check-out:** No refund will be applicable.

3. 💳 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within **7–10 business days** from the cancellation approval date.
  • Refunds will be credited to the **original payment method** used during booking.
  • Any transaction or payment gateway fees are **non-refundable**.

4. 🌦 Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

If your stay is affected by unavoidable reasons such as natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemic-related lockdowns:

  • Guests will be offered a **reschedule option** (within 6 months of original booking) subject to villa availability and rate adjustments.
  • Refunds in such cases will be considered on a **case-by-case basis**, depending on the property’s policies and management discretion.

5. 🏠 Cancellation by Anavrin Stays

In rare cases where a booking must be canceled by Anavrin Stays or the host due to maintenance, double booking, or other unforeseen reasons:

  • Guests will receive a **100% refund** of the booking amount.
  • Alternatively, guests may choose to **reschedule** or shift to an equivalent property (if available).

6. 💥 Property Damage or Misconduct

  • Guests will be charged for any **damage** caused to the property, furniture, or amenities during their stay.
  • Anavrin Stays reserves the right to deduct repair or replacement costs from the refundable deposit or booking amount.
  • Misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of house rules may lead to **immediate eviction without refund**.

7. 📅 Date Modifications

  • Date changes are permitted up to **14 days before check-in**, subject to availability and applicable price differences.
  • Only **one modification** per booking is allowed.

8. 🧾 Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special offers, discounted packages, or promotional bookings may be marked as **“Non-Refundable”**.

These bookings will not qualify for any refund or rescheduling under any circumstances.

9. ⚖ Responsibility

Anavrin Stays acts as a facilitator for property bookings and cannot be held liable for losses caused due to:

  • Guest delays, transport issues, or flight cancellations.
  • Weather-related events or power outages at destination.
  • Third-party service failures (food, transport, activities, etc.).
